Consulting in Residential and commercial daily whether new construction or purchasing a resale property, she has the knowledge, integrity, and expertise to include financing options and strategies for any size project.
Mechelle has worked with individual investors consulting on many new Home construction. She has spent the last 10years of her career overseeing and guiding them into million-dollar projects in Houston's areas of redevelopment such as Third Ward, Houston Heights, East hardy yard, and acres Homes to name a few with great success and ROI for her clients keeping all excited about her concierge services and knowledge.
